1 pound ground Sausage
2 tablespoons Butter
Saute until browned, then add:
1/2 cup Flour-mix well. Add:
2 cups Milk
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook and stir until thickened.

I hate flourly glopy tasting gravy. This is good one, as since you bring to a boil and then reduce the heat it cooks the flourly taste out.
I'll share my secret with yawl for what I've been told is the best - use 1 cup of evaporated milk and 1 cup of regualr milk. The difference will be out of this world - the evap milk seems to make it creamier and adds that little bit of something to make it special tasting
