    List of Ingredients




    4 slices of bacon
    16-oz can of diced tomatoes
    1/4 cup flour
    salt and peppe to taste
    1 cup milk
    buttermilk biscuits

    Recipe



    Fry the bacon till crisp then crumble into small pieces
    Add the flour to the grease(run fast) and cook for 1 minute to create a Roux. Add the tomatoes and the milk. Mix well then add the bacon, salt and pepper.

    Serve over split warmed biscuits
