    1 1/2 lb. Loaf - Buttermilk Raisin Bread

    List of Ingredients




    7/8 cup Buttermilk
    1 egg
    3 cups all-purpose flour (this seemed strange to me since the 1 lb. called for the bread flour - really don't think it would matter either way)
    1 tsp. salt
    3 T. sugar
    1/3 cup butter (cut in cubes)
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 cup raisins
    1 3/4 tsp. yeast (this was the same in both recipes - recipe called for 1 1/2 tsp. but I used 1 3/4 tsps.)

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting, and press start.

    I am reposting the cinnamon sugar amt. and rolling technique - they are the same!

    Mix 3 Tbsp. gran. Sugar and ½ Tbsp. cinnamon together in small bowl and set aside.
