    List of Ingredients




    4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    4 eggs, beaten
    1-1/2 c. oil
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. of whole unsweeted strawberries (mash with potato masher)
    1-1/2 cup mashed bananas (mash with potato masher)

    Recipe



    Mix dry ing. & makes a well in the center. Pour mixture of remaining ing. into well & mix until dry ing. are moistened
    Pour into loaf pans sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. or muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Spray the inside of the paper muffin cups with a non-stick cooking spray.

    Bake 350
    Regular size loaf: 40-50 minutes
    Mini loafs: 30 minutes
    Muffins: 25 minutes

    Or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

    Makes 4 regular loaves or
    8 mini loaves or
    36 muffins

    Let cool 10 minutes then put on wire racks.
