    List of Ingredients




    2 cups margarine
    3 cups sugar
    2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
    8 eggs
    6 cups flour
    2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups strawberry preserves
    1 cup sour cream
    2 cups chopped pecans (opt)

    Cream margarine and sugar add eggs one at a time, then extract's. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine preserves and sour cream together and add alternating with dry. Stir in pecans if desired. Place in 4 well greased and floured loaf pans 9x 5 size. Bake at 350 for 50-55 minute.
    Will make 12 pint jars bake for 40-45 min. and seal when you remove from oven. I have used other flavors of preserves or jams
