    List of Ingredients




    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 t. vanilla
    1/2 to 1 c. very hot water
    3 c. chopped, peeled apples (Granny Smith)
    1 c. pecans

    Recipe



    In very large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in oil, eggs, vanilla and 1/2 c. HOT water, mixing well.
    If batter is too thick, add an additional 1/2 c. hot water.
    Add apples and pecans to batter.
    Pour into greased bundt or tube pan.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, 20 minutes.
