    everyone loves it!It is best if it sits for a day before serving.. but it is yummy!

    List of Ingredients




    3 c flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp salt
    Sift together & set aside

    2 c sugar
    4 eggs
    1c vegetable oil
    2 c pumpkin ( or winter squash)
    2/3 c choc chips
    1/2 c chopped nuts

    Recipe



    preheat oven to 350
    grease a 10 " tube pan

    2 c sugar
    4 eggs
    1c vegetable oil
    2 c pumpkin ( or winter squash)
    2/3 c choc chips
    1/2 c chopped nuts

    Mix sugar,eggs,oil & pumpkin until well blended and add dry ingredients.
    mix well. Add chips & nuts.
    Place in pan..bake x 1 hour to 1 hour 10 mins.Cool in pan x 25 mins..remove& cool..LET SIT 24 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
