List of Ingredients
18-oz package of yellow cake mix
Plus the ingredients needed to make the cake
1/4 cup instant french vanilla pudding mix
1 cup of cold milk
1 container dark chocolate frostingRecipe
Prepare the cake mix and follow the dirctions to make cupcakes. Bake the cupcakes and cool for 10 minutes.
Prepare the filling by whisking the milk and pudding mix together. Allow to sit as it will thicken up.
Make a small hole in the bottom of the cupcake and use a pastry bag to fill the hole up with the pudding mixture( 1 good squeeze is good) Place the frosting in the microwave and microwave for 30 seconds. Frost the cupcakes~
* I just put the tip of the pastry tube right through the center of the cupcake and it worked fine~ I used a fairly small tip and gave it a good squeeze, You will feel the cupcake filling up and after they sit overnight the cake will absorb some of the filling making it even better~ If thats possiable~
Now branch out and try some different combinations~ The pudding works great in this recipe~~ Perfect~~
