    24 cupcakes (2 dozen)


    1 pkg Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
    3 tblsps + 1-1/2 tsps water
    6 drops green food coloring
    1-1/2 cups shredded coconut
    1 (16 oz) container Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Vanilla Frosting
    1/2 lb jelly beans, assorted colors
    24 pipe cleaners, assorted colors

    Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 24 - 2-1/2" muffin cups with paper baking cups.

    Prepare, bake & cool cupcakes following pkg directions.

    In large container with tight fitting lid, combine water & green food coloring. Add coconut; shake until coconut is evenly tinted green.

    Frost cupcakes with Vanilla frosting. Sprinkle coconut over frosting. Press 3 jelly beans into coconut on each cupcake. Bend pipe cleaners to form handles. Push into cupcakes.
