    Posted by: moms_rule_OH***********I fixed this for New Year's Day and is it ever easy and good. I used dark brown sugar and it was so rich. I made it the evening before and it was super-moist in the morning as well as leftovers for today. YUM

    List of Ingredients




    Bake and Rise Batter
    Mazola Cooking Spray
    1-1/2 cups AP flour
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 envelopes Fleischmann's RapidRise Yeast
    2/3 cup very warm milk (120º-130º)
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. corn oil (I used Canola)
    1 egg

    Cinnamon Mixture
    3 Tbsp. butter, softened
    3/4 cup light brown sugar
    1-1/2 tsp. Saigon cinnamon

    Icing
    1 cup confectioners' sugar
    1-2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Mix batter ingredients in pre-sprayed 8X8-inch baking dish; let rest 10 minutes. Combine cinnamon mixture in small bowl, mixing with fork.
    Top batter evenly with cinnamon mixture. Using fingers, poke topping through batter.
    Bake by placing in cold oven; set temperature at 350º. Bake 25-30 minutes until lightly browned and firm in center. Cool 10 minutes. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.
