Recipe Introduction
It is one of our favorite recipes with apples in the fall. It makes a small recipe using a 9 in pan which is just right for the two of us, or you can double for regular cake pan size. I got this recipe from my SIL who got it from a Dutch cookbook in the 60's. One of the things I like is there is no need to frost but I do sometimes serve it with ice cream.
