    List of Ingredients




    2 c flour
    2 eggs
    2 c sugar
    1 c strong coffee
    3 Tbsp cocoa
    1 c buttermilk
    2 tsp soda
    1/2 c veg. oil
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt

    Recipe



    Combine all dry ingredients, then add the rest. Beat at med. speed for 2 min. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350* for 35-40 min. in an oblong pan. Moist
