    UNKNOWN
    Beat together 2cups sugar
    4 eggs
    1 ½ c vegetable oil
    Sift together first 3 ingredients
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    Mix into first mixture then add 3 cups of grated carrots
    ½ cups of chopped nuts
    Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 25-30 minutes test for doneness.
    Icing
    ½ stick margarine
    1 8oz bar cream cheese
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 lb of confectionary sugar
    Mix and spread.
