    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 3/4 cup sugar
    2 whole eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 cups zucchini, grated
    2 1/2 cups flour
    4 T. cocoa
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda

    Recipe



    Mix margarine, oil and sugar.

    Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini, beating well. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into well-greased 9x13 inch cake pan and bake at 325F for 45-55 minutes - toothpick in center should come out clean.
