    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) white cake mix
    1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant lemon pudding mix
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. lemon-lime soda (I personally used Sprite)

    1 c. confectioner’s sugar
    2 T. lemon juice

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs; beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Gradually beat in soda. Pour into a greased 13 x 9” baking dish.
    Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched in center.

    Combine confectioner’s sugar and lemon juice until smooth, carefully spread over warm cake.

    Cool on a wire rack
