    List of Ingredients




    1 sm. pkg lemon jello
    1 box cake lemon cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 tsp lemon extract
    3/4 cup hot water
    3/4 cup oil

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350.

    Dissolve jello in hot water & let cool slightly; add cake mix & eggs. Add lemon extract; add oil last. Beat well. Pour into a greased & floured bundt or tube pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until done.


    You can make this any flavor just change the jello, cake mix, & extract ( orange, strawberry, etc. )
