    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sugar
    1-1/4 cups vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    3 cups flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    3 cups apples, peeled and diced
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 cup raisins (optional)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Put all ingredients into 1 large bowl. Mix with hands as you would a meatloaf, gently but throughly. DO NOT US A SPOON OR MIXER. Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan for 1 hour. Cool before cutting.
    Frost with a cream cheese frosting or serve with cool whip.
