    List of Ingredients




    1 yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 cup "EASY" pumpkin mix
    2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
    1/3 cup flaked coconut
    1/4 cup chopped nuts
    3 teaspoons butter,softened

    Recipe



    Combine 3 cups cake mix, eggs, pumpkin mix and pumpkin spice in a large bowl. Beat on low speed until moisten. Beat on med. speed for 2 more mins. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Combine remaining cake mix, coconut and nuts in a small bowl,cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 mins.

    NOTE: This is so delish and moist...goes good with a cup of coffee and really makes your home smell like fall
