List of Ingredients

1 box Angel food cake mix (has to be the one step kind)
1 15 ounce can of pumpkin (100% pure pumpking)
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Cup Water




Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together and pour into a 9x13 pan lightly sprayed with pam. Bake for 30 mins. Serve with light or fat-free coolwhip.


Maple Glaze
1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 to 2 tablespoons half and half

Combine all in a bowl and stir briskly to combine. When cake is cool, spread evenly on top, using an offset spatula to smooth the top.
