    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/3 c. water
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. pecans,chopped fine

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and blend them well.Pour into 8 inch round pans that have been sprayed with pam or greased and floured. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

    Filling and Frosting:

    4 tablespoons of butter
    1 8 oz.
    pkg. cream cheese ,softened
    3 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    2 cups coconut
    2 tsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Melt butter and coconut in a skillet.Careful not to burn. Cool.Set aside.
    Beat cream cheese,milk,vanilla,powdered sugar,and coconut mixture. Fill and frost cake when cool.
