    List of Ingredients




    2 tsps cinnamon
    2 cups+5 tbsp sugar
    3 cups flour
    3 tsps baking powder
    1 cup oil
    4 lg eggs
    1/2 cup OJ or apple juice
    2 1/2 tsps vanilla extract
    4 apples -- pare and slice

    Recipe



    Mix cinnamon and 5 tblsps. sugar,set aside.Combine rest of ingredients, except apples.Layer alternately, batter, apples and cinnamon mixture in a greased and floured tube pan.Bake at 350F for 75 minutes or until it tests done.

    Forgot to add to make 2-3 layers of each
