    Cake:
    1 pkg. white cake mix
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. 7-up
    1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. coconut


    Cover-Up Icing:
    2 envelopes dry whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)
    1-1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    1/2 c. coconut
    3/4 c. chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Cover-Up Icing
    Beat all ing. except coconut & pecan until thick.
    Spread on cake
    Then sprinkle coconut & nuts over the top.

    Store in refrigerator
