List of Ingredients
3 lbs. milk chocolate disks
1/2 pint heavy cream
1 Tb. flavoring (vanilla, amaretto, creme de menthe, etc.)
Recipe
In double boiler, melt 1.5 lbs. of chocolate disks. In small saucepan, bring cream to just
boiling; remove from heat. Add flavoring to cream, then add cream mixture to the melted
chocolate; stir until smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Remove from refrigerator, roll into balls and place on parchment paper. Refrigerate. Melt remaining 1.5 lbs. of chocolate disks. Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper on counter.
