    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz. Package cream cheese softened
    1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate morsels, melted
    3/4 cup vanilla wafers, crushed (approx. 22 wafers)
    1/4 cup strawberry preserves
    Coatings: 1 cup toasted, finely chopped almonds - powdered sugar - unsweetened cocoa

    Beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth
    add melted chocolate, beating until blended
    add crushed wafers and preserves - beat until blended
    cover and chill 1 hour
    Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in desired coating
    Cover and chill for 8 hours or until firm
