    Comments: LaDonna made up this recipe. One year when we lived out in the Osage we had one heck of a tomato crop. Jim was picking at least 200 tomatoes a night. I had to figure out new ways to use them. I came up with this recipe and my spaghetti sauce. Also, we had the peppers, but not everything would ripen at the same time. So I would bring in what we picked, go ahead and put through the blender and measure it out. Put in ziplocks noting how much was in there. When it came time to actually make the sauce it was just a matter of emptying out the freezer

    List of Ingredients




    Put all veggie's in blender before measuring:
    18 cup tomatoes
    2-1/4 cup jalapeno
    4-1/2 cup onion
    6 cup green pepper
    18 cloves garlic
    9 teaspoon salt
    3 teaspoons cumin
    3 teaspoons oregano
    black pepper
    4-1/2 cup vinegar
    18 oz. tomato paste
    45 oz. tomato sauce

    Recipe



    Put all ing. in except paste & sauce in large pan.
    Boil for 20 min., then add paste & sauce
    Boil 30 min. longer
    Put into quart jars & freeze
