    List of Ingredients




    8 quarts peeled cored finely chopped paste tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    5 cups chopped onions
    4 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
    2 1/2c. vinegar
    2 Tbls. salt
    1 1/2 Tbls. black pepper
    1Tbls. sugar
    2 Tbls. oregano leaves
    l tsp. ground cumin

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer stirring frequently until thick(about l hour)
    Ladle hot mixture into pint jars leaving 1/2inch head space. Adjust lids and process in boiling water canner for 15 minutes. Yields 16-18 pints
