List of Ingredients
10 oz. container refrigerated four cheese alfredo sauce
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 lb. broccoli spears
8 thin slices cooked chicken breast
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In heavy saucepan combine alfredo sauce, wine, and cream and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook broccoli spears in boiling water until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain well. Place spears on cooked chicken breast and roll up to enclose broccoli. Place chicken bundles in 9x13" glass baking dish and pour alfredo sauce mixture over all. In small bowl combine bread crumbs, melted butter, and thyme leaves and mix well. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 400ºF for 20-25 minutes until thoroughly heated and bubbly. Serves 6
