List of Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices Kraft swiss cheese slices (only use the individually wrapped swiss cheese slices, they will melt better than quality swiss cheese)
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup white wine
1 to 2 cups Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
4 Tbs. butter, meltedRecipe
Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9"X13" baking dish. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup with wine; stir well. Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle butter over crumbs; bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
