Cabbage Casserole - Freezer

List of Ingredients
1 small cabbage, chopped
1 pound ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. raw rice
10 oz. can tomato soup
16 oz. can whole tomatoes, chopped
(I used a can of diced)
Salt and pepper
Recipe
Place cabbage in casserole dish. Brown meat and drain. Layer meat,
onion, rice, soup and tomatoes over cabbage. Cover and bake at 350
for 1 1/2 hours.
Freezing: I baked for 45 min., cooled, wrapped well and put in the
freezer. When I get ready to use it, I will thaw and bake another 45
min.
