    List of Ingredients




    1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
    1 cup light cream
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
    1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    1/2 pepper (or to taste)
    1 package (2 pounds) frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes
    2-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken, turkey OR ham
    2-1/2 cups (10 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, light cream, onion, chilies, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, chicken, and 2 cups of the cheese.Pour int a greased 13x9X2 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350degrees, for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

    Willow's Notes: I used a bag of southern style hashbrowns since thats what i had in the freezer & I used half-half.
