    1 cup cubed cooked chicken
    1 pkg (9 oz) frozen mixed veggies
    1 can (10-3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
    1 pie crust

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400ºF. In a 9" pie plate mix chicken, veggies & soup. Top with pie crust, prick top, bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. If I have extra time (actually think early enough) I saute some celery and onions to add to the veggies.

    Also if I am doubling the recipe I mix one can of cream of chicken & one can of cream of celery.

    You can use 2 crusts (one for the bottom if you like) but we like it better with just one crust.
