List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork or sausage meat
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup chili sauce
1 (10 oz)can condensed chicken with rice soup
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Pastry for 2 (9in.) pie shells
Recipe
In a large frying pan, brown the meat. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes. Place in pie shell. Put lid on and pierce pastry lid with fork. Brush on beaten egg white.
Bake at 400 for 20 minutes . Serve with cranberry juice and caesar salad
