One-Pan Chicken and Potato Bake

4 bone-in chicken pieces
4 large potatoes, cut in wedges
1/4 c. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1/4 c. Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken and potatoes in 9x13 baking dish.
Pour dressing over chicken and potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
emr notes -- I used 6 pieces of chicken with this and I think that was too much. It made the pan kind of crowded and the potato wedges under the chicken didn't get cooked as well. Other than that, I really liked this. The chicken cooked up beautifully brown & crispy, and it was just incredibly easy to throw together. Next time I'll either use a bigger pan or fewer chicken pieces -- maybe just thighs because they were really good. I would probably try tweaking this a little in the future, using some other salad dressings or sauces just to give it a little different flavor.
