1 LB BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN THIGHS
1/2 LB MILD/HOT ITALIAN SAUSAGES,
SLICED
2 PEPPERS SLICED, GREEN YELLOW OR RED
1 MEDIUM ONION, CUT IN WEDGES
1 16 OZ CAN DICED TOMATOES, UNDRAINED
1/2 CUP DRY RED OR WHITE WINE
1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING
1/2 TEASPOON SALT
1/4 TEASPOON GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 TABLESPOON CORNSTARCH
1/4 CUP TOMATO JUICE
3 CUPS HOT COOKED PASTA

CUT CHICKEN INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES. SET ASIDE. IN A 12 INCH SKILLET COOK SAUSAGE FOR 5 MINUTES TO BROWN ALL SIDES. REMOVE FROM SKILLET. COOK CHICKEN FOR 2 - 3 MINUTES UNTIL BROWNED. REMOVE FROM SKILLET. COOK PEPPERS AND ONIONS IN THE REMAINING DRIPPINGS FOR 3 MINUTES. RETURN THE SAUSAGE AND CHICKEN TO THE PAN. ADD THE TOMATOES, WINE AND SEASONINGS. BRING TO THE BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES
