    List of Ingredients




    1 onion, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms, drained(I left out)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can Pillsbury Buttermilk Biscuits (10 in pkg.)

    TOPPING:

    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Brown meat and onions, drain fat, put in 9"x13" pan. Spread mushrooms on meat. Mix soup and 1/2 cup sour cream, bring to boil in sauce pan and then pour on top of meat and mushrooms. Sprinkle French fried onions on top.Place biscuits that are cut in half around edges, spread topping mixture over biscuits.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until nicely browned.
    (I added salt pepper and garlic salt)
