    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 14 1/2 oz can stewed tomatoes, chopped up
    1 15 oz can tomato sauce
    1 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
    1 2 1/4 oz can sliced black olives, drained
    1 tsp ground oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz uncooked spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    In a large skillet brown hamburger, drain, and onion and cook until onion is tender. Add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives and oregano- simmer 10 min. In a 13 x 9 baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray) put half the drained spaghetti. Ladle half the beef mixture over top and sprinkle half the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 min or until heated through.

    *Can mix one can mushroom soup with 1/4 cup of water until smooth- pour over the top of the casserole. Sprinkle with 1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese. Bake.
