l can of Troyers chicken in broth or 2 cups of cooked chicken or 2 cups of turkey
Cook a box of manicotti shells, drain. In a casserole dish grease it lightly.
In a bowl tear into chunks l or l /2(depends on how much bread you want for the stuffing) loaves of bread. Cut up l meduim onion into small chunks. 3 celery stalks chopped 3 carrots peeled and diced small. Dump in turkey or chicken. If using the troyers dump whole can. If using chicken or turkey add also 1 1/2 cups of broth or leftover gravy(when your mixing the ingredients near the end you can tell how moist this stuffing is.
If it's not real moist add a little more broth or gravy). Sprinkle some thyme, parsley, and a hint of sage. Mix throughly together. Fill each shell with mixture. Line casserole dish. Snuggly with each shell. Open a can of cream of chicken soup and mix with a can of milk. Pour contents over top of shells filled.
Cover with aluminum foil and heat in 350 oven until you can see steam.
