List of Ingredients
8 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
4 c. hot water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
6 T. butter or margarine
6 T. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. paprika
pinch pepper
4 c. diced cooked chicken
3 T. parsley flakes
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º.Prepare noodles according to package directions.Drain. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water and reserve. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour and seasonings. Slowly add reserved water. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Add remaining ingredients and the noodles. Toss gently to mix. Place into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 6-8.
