Easy Beef Stroganoff

List of Ingredients
1/2 (12 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained
3 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (I used the dehydrated ones from Sam's)
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and black pepper to taste
Recipe
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook egg noodles in boiling water until done, about 8 minutes. Drain.
I browned the hamburger with the onions.
Then melted the butter in another pan and sauteed the mushrooms, then added the flour and milk to make the white sauce. (I added a little splash of the Swanson's Beef Broth to give it more fluid to rehydrate the mushrooms) Canned would work as well...
Add mushroom and onion mixture to browned hamburger - then add rest of the can of beef broth; stir in 1/2 cup sour cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until sauce is hot, but not boiling. Serve sauce over egg noodles.
