List of Ingredients
16 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 lg. bunch broccoli (or 2 - 10 oz. pkgs. frozen)
½ c. margarine
½ c. flour
½ c. onion, diced fine
6 c. milk
16 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
4 c. chopped ham (1½#)
Recipe
Cook macaroni, drain and set aside. Melt margarine in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add flour with whisk and then add onion whisking well. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Add cheese spread, 1 c. cheddar (reserve for topping), salt and pepper and mustard. Cook stirring constantly until cheese melts.
Remove from heat. Stir in macaroni, broccoli and ham. Pour in greased 4 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 c. cheddar cheese on top. Bake 350½ for 30 minutes
