    List of Ingredients




    4-5 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can rotel tomatoes with chiles, not drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb of spagetti, broke in half
    16 oz. shredded cheddar
    1 small onion, chopped

    Recipe



    *Boil chicken until done. Cool and tear into bite sized pieces.
    *Saute onion in butter.
    *Add tomatoes, and soups to onions in very large bowl.
    *Add chicken and 1/2 of cheese to mixture.
    *Cook and drain noodles and add to other ingredients.
    *Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish.
    *Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
    * Cover with tin foil.
    * Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

    This recipe does not have to be exact. Sometimes I add more soup, depending on how many noodles I make. You can easily stretch this to make quite a bit. Any flavor of rotel tomatoes are good. I especially like the Mexican ones.
    This freezes well too! Enjoy
