    This is a great recipe. It is for 2 pans of 9 x 13. It freezes well. You can either freeze one or give one away or make half a recipe for just one pan. Just add a tossed salad and some garlic bread and you're all set.Just use spaghetti sauce without bell peppers. You can omit the onions if need be

    List of Ingredients




    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    2 jars (28 oz. each) spaghetti sauce (I use Prego with mushrooms)
    16 oz. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
    4 c. shredded mozarella cheese
    6 oz. sliced pepperoni

    Recipe



    In large skillet, cook beef and onion until done. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to two 9 x 13 pans. Sprinkle 2 cups cheese over each pan of pasta. Arrange half of pepperoni over each pan. Cover and freeze 1 casserole up to 3 months. Bake the second casserole uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. To use frozen casserole: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until heated through
