    Comments: recipe from LaDonna. My mother would always ask for my “all rotten potatoes”. With a huge grin on her face. She absolutely loved these.
    To help lower fat content use 1% milk & "light Velveeta"


    List of Ingredients




    Ingredients:
    10 potatoes, peeled & sliced thin
    2 tablespoon butter
    2 tablespoon flour
    2 cup milk
    3 cup Velveeta, cubed

    Recipe



    Instructions:
    Place potatoes in greased cake pan
    Season with salt & pepper
    Make white sauce:
    Melt butter, stir in flour til smooth
    Add milk
    Bring to gentle boil then add cheese
    Stir til cheese has melted
    Cover potatoes with cheese mixture
    Oven 375
    Bake covered 45 min
    Uncover for an additional 15 min.
