Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
24 oz bag hashbrowns(Mine was a 30 oz)
2 cans cream of mushroom (I used the family size can)
2 cups diced cooked ham
1- 1/2 cups milk
1 t salt
1 t chopped onion (I added a handful)
2 T butter
8 oz grated cheddar cheeseRecipe
Place Ham, potatoes, soup, milk, butter, salt, onion, in crock pot and turn on low. Cook for four hours. Before serving, add grated cheese until melted.
My changes:
I added pepper and garlic salt to the potatoes and also mixed the cheese in at the end instead of just on top. This is to die for and it hit the spot with us today on this cool nippy day. So easy for me to make and it will for sure go into my keep file. Thank you Linda for sharing
