Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

List of Ingredients
1 bag (22 oz) frozen mashed potatoes
4 oz cream cheese,softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 t. seasoned pepper
1/4 t. salt
2 oz (1/2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Prepare potatoes according to package directions. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Place in 6 lightly greased ramekins (I used and 8x8 pan). Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20" @ 350º.
Willow's Notes: I used a tub of country crock mashed taters.
