    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 whole egg
    1 package stroganoff sauce mix
    2 tbsp ketchup
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    3 slices American cheese

    Recipe



    Brown ground beef and onion in medium skill. Drain. Stir in bread crumbs.
    In separate bowl, combine milk, egg, stroganoff mix, ketchup and paprika. Add to meat mixture and mix thoroughly.
    Spoon mixture into pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cut cheese slices to form 6 triangles. Place on meat filling. Return to oven and bake 2 additional minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving
