    Posted by: iloverecipes I got this recipe from this BB but I don't know who posted it. It's a perfect side dish for Thanksgiving and I've made it twice now. I really like it and will make it for all future holidays

    List of Ingredients




    1 regular box Stove Top stuffing mix of your choice
    3 T butter
    1/4 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup
    6 oz shredded cheddar
    Salt and pepper to taste
    4 c sliced cooked carrots
    1/3 c butter

    Recipe



    Prepare stuffing as package directs. Set aside. Saute onions in 3T butter. Add
    soup and cheese and stir until melted. Season w/salt and pepper. Stir in cooked
    carrots.
    Layer all ingredients in a 2 qt. casserole beginning with carrot mixture, then
    stuffing mix and then drizzle with 1/2 c melted butter. Bake at 350 for 20 min or
    until hot and bubbly.
