1 egg
1 ( 8 oz.) can cream corn
1 ( 8 oz.) can whole corn, drained( I forgot to drain it and it turned out fine)
1 small box corn meal muffin mix
1 stick margarine
1 ( 8 oz.) carton sour cream
Recipe
Drain whole corn. Melt margarine. Mix egg, creamed corn, whole corn, muffin mix, margarine, and sour cream. Place in a 2 quart greased casserole. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 50 minutes to 1¼ hours.
Can use mexicorn, and add diced jalapions
