List of Ingredients
In a saucepan, cook until tender:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 T. butter
Add:
1-17 oz. can cream-style corn
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
Bring to a boil. Pour this mixture over:
1-8 oz. pkg. (3 cups) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3 eggs, slightly beaten
Recipe
Shape into 7 or 8 balls. Place in baking dish.
Melt:
1/2 cup margarine
Pour over balls. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees
