Mexican Squash Casserole

List of Ingredients
Cook together until tender:
5-8 yellow squash, sliced
3 T. chopped onion
Drain. Transfer to a casserole dish.
Mix together:
1 cup grated Velveeta cheese
6 T. butter, melted
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Recipe
Pour over squash. Sprinkle with crushed Saltine crackers on top. Pour more melted butter over crackers. Bake until heated through and cheese has melted
